Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto led the 79th Bhayangkara Day Commemoration ceremony at the Monas Silang Field, Central Jakarta. National Police Chief General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo and TNI Commander General Agus Subianto accompanied the president at the podium.

The National Police Chief and President Prabowo were both seen wearing the Bintang Bhayangkara Utama honorary badge. The Bintang Bhayangkara Utama award is the highest class of Bintang Bhayangkara.

Officials who receive this award are equivalent to the Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Utama, Bintang Jalasena Utama, and Bintang Swa Bhuwana Paksa Utama. The honorary badges in this class consist of a necklace, patra, and miniature.

The Bintang Bhayangkara Utama is in the form of a five-pointed star, where between the corners of the star there are rays of light that form a pentagon. All of the rays are gold in color.

In the center of the star is the Polri symbol flanked by a stalk of rice and cotton and three small stars forming an arch above it. At the bottom of the emblem is a curved ribbon that says "BHAYANGKARA".

The Polri emblem, rice, cotton, star, and ribbon with the word Bhayangkara written on it are all silver. Meanwhile, the necklace ribbon and miniature Bintang Bhayangkara Utama have a black base color with six yellow columns that divide the ribbon into seven equal parts.

The Bintang Bhayangkara Utama honorary badge was given by the Chief of Police to President Prabowo Subianto in 2024, when he was still the Minister of Defense.

"This is an award given for reciprocal relations and cooperation in efforts to improve the security of the Republic of Indonesia," said Inspector General of the National Police, Commissioner General of Police. Dedi Prasetyo at that time.

Commissioner General of Police. Dedi explained that President Prabowo was considered to have great services for the progress and development of the Polri institution. Moreover, on various occasions, President Prabowo continued to remind the role and function of the TNI-Polri are very important for the people and the state.

It is known that President Prabowo Subianto gave the Nugraha Sakanti award to seven work units within the Polri ranks at the 79th Bhayangkara Day Commemoration ceremony. The award was given as per Presidential Decree Number 49 TK of 2025.

The work units that received the Nugraha Sakanti award were Itwasum, Baintelkam, SSDM, Public Relations Division, Propam, Aceh Police, and South Sumatra Police.

President Prabowo also issued Presidential Decree Number 50/TK/Year 2025 concerning the honorary Bintang Bhayangkara Nararya award to three members of the Indonesian National Police who were considered to have shown extraordinary wisdom and fortitude beyond the call of duty. Those who received the award were the Chief of the Kota Besar Police (Kombes Pol) Leonard Marojahan Sinambela, Assistant Grand Commissioner of Police (AKBP) Rina Lestari, and Assistant Inspector of Police One (Aiptu) Didik Darmanto.
