Dismissed from the National Police, Here's What Police Commissioner Cosmas Has Done
JAKARTA - Police Commissioner Cosmas K. Gae was officially dishonorably discharged (PTDH) from the Republic of Indonesia Police in connection with the death of online motorcycle taxi driver (ojol) Affan Kurniawan.
The decision was taken at the National Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) meeting held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Police Commissioner Cosmas served as the Commander of Battalion (Danyon) of Regiment IV of the Mobile Brigade Corps (Korbrimob) of the Indonesian National Police and was in a tactical car at the time of the incident.
